AVAILABILITY of the PRODUCTS - All the products from our website are available on order. They are handmade products and we release each product once an order is issued. When you place your order, you will receive a confirmation email with your order details. Cukibags.com reserves the right to either accept the order or not and to confirm the time of execution in 2-14 working days, depending on the model you choose, the quantity and date when you want the products to be delivered.

ORDERING AND PAYMENT- We accept Direct Checkout - credit cards, and payment through PayPal. Cards accepted :VISA, Mastercard, etc.
DELIVERY We dispatch the item in safety conditions with our local Postal Offices. The delivery costs are not included in the price of the product. All orders above $200 have free Delivery. We accept payments by card or through Paypal and no card details are stored.
RETURNS AND CANCELLATION- The Cuki Bags Team wants each customer to be satisfied with his order. If there is any reason that you are not satisfied with the product, you can return the product within 14 days from the date when you received it. Only the custom made products can not been returned. The cost of returning products to us for refunds is the responsibility of the purchaser. The goods must be dispatched to us in good conditions and in the original box. The refund will be sent into your account after we received the goods.
Cancellation: You can cancel your order within 48 hours from the date when you placed the order. For cancellations please email us at shop@cukibags.com, with the subject CANCEL + Your ORDER ID. If you email us after 48 hours you can not cancel your order.
